This course provides students with a comprehensive introduction to the principles and practices of Lean Manufacturing. Through a blend of theoretical instruction and hands-on practice, participants will gain the skills necessary to implement lean methodologies in a manufacturing environment.

A tantárgy célja, hogy a hallgatók átfogó ismereteket szerezzenek a gépészeti/műszaki szakterülethez szervesen kapcsolódó menedzsment alapjairól, azok határairól és követelményeiről. Továbbá, hogy a hallgatók gyakorlati ismereteket szerezzenek a menedzsment különböző területein, és képesek legyenek alkalmazni azokat a mindennapi munkájuk során, a hallgatók megértsék a vezetési döntéshozatal folyamatát, és képesek legyenek a munkatársak véleményének figyelembevételével, együttműködésben meghozni döntéseiket.  A hallgatók megismerkednek a vállalati gazdaságtan alapjaival, valamint a műszaki alapokon nyugvó költség-haszon elvű elemzés módszereivel és eszközeivel.

Work in the new economy is increasingly knowledge based, and people, with their capacity to bring valuable intellectual capital to the workplace, are the ultimate foundation of organizational performance. Main goalas this lesson are: describes managers and their work; detailing that managers directly support, supervise, facilitate and help activate the work efforts of other people in organizations. Explores the management process consisting of the four functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling, followed by the roles and skills managers need for success. Different field of management is introduced.
